Conditions, Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Room reservations may be guaranteed with a deposit of one nights stay. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please note that all credit card deposits are processed immediately.
A deposit of one night's stay is taken upon booking. $ 25 of the deposit is not refundable. If you cancel 10 days prior to your arrival date you will be refunded your deposit less the $25 booking fee. If you must cancel within 10 days of arrival, your deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to re-book the room again, for the same number of nights you are reserved. Please note that this also applies to no shows and early departures.
Early departures are considered cancellations and are subject for forfeiture of your deposit payment. If we are able to re-book the room again, we will credit the remaining part of the deposit to you. If we are unable to re-book your unit, we will require payment for the days reserved in full.

Earliest check-in time is 3 pm
Latest check-out time is 11 am
Due to odd flight schedules we are quite used to late arrivals. To make sure we can welcome you at any hour please let us know if you will be arriving after 8 pm.
Due to an increasing number of people with allergies we do have to adhere to a strict NO PETS policy.
